HEAT PUMP

Energy Trust Incentives

Option 1: For an upgrade from an old heat pump or replacing non-electric heat (example: propane, wood or oil)

High-efficiency heat pump: $200
Minimum efficiency HSPF 8.8, on units 5 tons or greater
OR
Premium efficiency heat pump: $250
Minimum efficiency HSPF 9.0 or greater, any size unit

Option 2: For an upgrade from an electric furnace, baseboard, wall heater or ceiling heat

High-efficiency heat pump: $400
Minimum efficiency HSPF 8.8, on units 5 tons or greater
OR
Premium efficiency heat pump: $450
Minimum efficiency HSPF 9.0 or greater, any size unit


WATER HEATER
High-Efficiency Gas Water Heaters

Conventional Storage Type - $35
Energy Factor must be 0.62 or better

Tankless Type - $200
Energy Factor must be 0.80 or better.

GAS BOILER

$350.00 for a 92% + Gas Furnace with a ECM Motor.
Up to $300.00 for Qualifying Air Conditioners.
Up to $430.00 for Qualifying Heat pumps.
Up to $400.00 for Qualifying Tankless Water Heaters.
 
FEDERAL TAX CREDIT
 
10% of the installed cost, Up to $150.00 on qualifying gas furnaces.
10% of the installed cost, Up to $300.00 on qualifying air conditioners or heat pumps.
10% of the installed cost, Up to $300.00 on qualifying tankless water heater.
